Needs mapping for VideoForAll

The VideoForAll is a TV-based experience enabling elderly and people with disabilities to communicate with family, medical staff, and healthcare professionals from the comfort of their own home.

User research and mapping the needs of stakeholders and users were a significant part of the work performed by me and the team. I visualised the findings through illustrations to give clarity to the team and stakeholders, and to help guide decision making.
